Return Policy:

Returns are only available for orders delivered in the United States. Due to shipping costs returns will have to be issued from the same order shipping location.

Item(s) purchased from GOSHI must be returned at the customer's expense in new, unused condition with original packaging, within 14 days of receiving the shipment, in order to receive a refund.

A refund will be issued in the original form of payment. Please note that we cannot refund the original shipping charge with the exception of faulty or incorrectly shipped items.
